01The residence

Arches, plaster and white oak, set against a lake.

The plan opens east to the water. A sequence of blackened arches frames each room on the way there.

Floors are white oak laid in chevron, site-finished. Lilac-veined marble repeats in the baths and the bar.

Construction took twenty-two months. Alex Gomez walked the site each week, from foundations to final punch list.
