01The residence
White volumes around a pool, open on three sides.
Site — 0.4 acres, east of the Intracoastal
Two stucco volumes hold a courtyard between them. Sliding walls disappear into pockets on three sides.
A cantilevered stair of solid ash floats off a glass wall. Each tread was set to within a sixteenth of an inch.
The loggia, outdoor kitchen and pool were built as one structure with the house.
